Community and commercial projects create opportunities to impact many lives with good design. We like to bring a big group to the table early in the design process – perhaps a full staff meeting, or even an open brainstorming session with the local community. This not only harvests great ideas from all viewpoints, it also empowers everyone near the project and wipes away the need to complain and delay the project in later stages.
